The NPW-160 Total Phosphorus/Total Nitrogen Analyzer is an automatic monitoring instrument for total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and COD under its umbrella.
-Working principle:
Total phosphorus detection (in accordance with the national standard GB11893-89): Potassium persulfate is used as an oxidant to dissolve the tested water sample at 120 ℃ for 30 minutes, converting phosphides into phosphate ions. Molybdenum blue spectrophotometry is used to detect the total phosphorus content of the water (measurement wavelength: 700nm).
Total nitrogen determination (in accordance with standard HJ636-2012): Potassium persulfate is used as an oxidant to dissolve the water sample at 120 ℃ for 30 minutes, converting nitrogen compounds into nitrate ions. The pH of the sample solution is adjusted to 2-3, and the total nitrogen content in the water is detected by UV spectrophotometry (measurement wavelength: 220nm, 275nm turbidity correction: A=A220-A275 × 2).
COD (UV) determination: Dual wavelength spectrophotometry (UV 254nm, visible 546nm).
